Cancelation Policy
All rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment.
Should day-of cancellation or “no-show” appointments occur, one grace offense is extended to previous clients at the scheduled rate.
Should a further cancellation or “no-shows” occur, the full rate of the appointment scheduled will be charged to the card on file or an invoice sent.
These policies are put in place to respect both the client’s and provider’s time.
No exceptions will be made.
