When using insurance, you will be handed a superbill with increments of 30 minute units to be sent into your insurer for reimbursement.
The entire amount of the superbill is due at time of initial presentation.

Yes Electrolysis and its operators are not responsible for obtaining authorization for treatment. Failure to obtain authorization will result in continuing treatment without insurance reimbursement.
